Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled unless they have already shipped. Check your order status, enter your email address and order id number (4 digits). There is no fee or penalty if you decide to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you can either refuse delivery, or mail it back for a refund.
