Can I return an item?
Only items that are marked as "30-day Money Back Guarantee" are eligible to be returned for a refund. A full refund, minus the original shipping cost, plus minus the cost of any parts needed to bring that item back up to pristine and resalable condition.
If the item isn't marked with the Money Back Guarantee, then most likely it will not be approved for a full refund.
*If an item is/was listed as a closeout, or sold-as is (very few if any items are) then the item is not returnable. Closeout items are sold with manufacturer warranty (if applicable) only.

satisfied with the Motorcycle Tunes product, then you can return it for a
refund or exchange. Return the Motorcycle Tunes item to us in as-new condition within
30-day from when the order was shipped to you. We will then refund the full
price, minus nonrefundable shipping cost. Motorcycle Tunes maintains the rights
to determine if a full or partial refund will be issued, based upon the
condition of the returned items.
