All items are shipped via UPS with insurance. UPS will most likely not honor the insurance unless the damage is noted by the UPS driver. We ask that you If the box appears to be damaged, do not accept it. It is always best to open your packages in front of UPS before they leave. If they leave and the damage is not noted, they may not pay for the repair or replacement of your item. Once the package is signed for, all damage claims must be completed through UPS via the customer.
