What type of
payments do you accept
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Visa.
PayPal, is also accepted when orders are placed through our website.
COD is only available within the US. Cashiers Check or Money Order
Only, made payable to Motorcycle Tunes. Hand to UPS Driver when
package is delivered.
Orders that are to be shipped within the Great State of Texas, will
be charged 8.25% State Sales Tax.
Orders that are shipped outside of Texas, are not charged sales tax.

What to do
if the item is out of stock.
We manufacture most of the items that we sell and keep a large
inventory of items on hand, but keeping up with the demand of retail
customers and wholesale customers, sometimes we will be out of stock
on items. If you order an item that is out of stock, on backorder,
or preorder, will be shipped the same same day we receive them. We
will email you a tracking number soon as your order ships.

What does PreOrder mean.
Items
that are in stock or about to be in stock may sold as a PreOrder.
This means that you can go ahead and order the item, but it will not
ship until either the assembly is completed or the anticipated
part/s arrive. If you purchase a PreOrder item, it is estimated that
the item will be ready to ship within 2 weeks. If we find that it
will take more than 2 weeks for the item to ship, we will let you
know ASAP, and offer you a partial refund for your wait or issue you
a full refund and cancel your order.

How long does it take to ship my order, and what will it cost.
Orders usually ship within 24 hours, but please allow 1-7 days for
order processing and handling time for orders to ship within the US,
and longer for international orders.
Processing Time Vs. Shipping Time.
Processing time is how long it takes before your order is ready to
be picked up by UPS
Shipping time is how long it takes for ups to deliver the item to
you.
Processing Time and Shipping Time are different. If you select a
slower processing time, and then a faster Shipping Time, (example:
regular processing 5-15 business days and shipping UPS Next Day
Air), then your order will be processed in the 5-15 business days,
and then when your order does ship, it will ship via UPS Next Day
Air.

We ship worldwide.
Orders shipped to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard, marked as
Gift.
Orders shipped to any other country, is shipped via USPS and marked
as Gift.
Customers are responsible for custom charges, VAT, and any other

Only certain items can be returned to us for a refund,
Unless the item is marked with a Return, Money Back Guarantee in the
item description. The items are sold as all sales final with full
factory warranty, unless otherwise noted.

What are the Terms and Conditions of purchasing an item from
MotorcycleTunes.com?
o Any item returned for a refund or repair, must
have a RA# written clearly on the outside of the box. Any item
mailed back to us without a RA#, will only be returned to the
customer after they prepay for the return shipping. Items mailed
without an RA# will not be repaired or refunded.
o Prices are subject to change at any time
o Warranty is subject to the discretion of Motorcycle Tunes and we
hold the power to change or void any warranty at any time.
o Sales are subject to end at any time
o Refunds will not be granted without an RA#.
o Refunds or Exchanges will only be
issued at the lower price of either the current selling price, or
the original purchase price.
o Refunds or Exchanges, the customer will be responsible for all
shipping charges.
o To receive rebates you must purchase required items at the same
time
o If the item that you ordered goes on sale before your order is
shipped, you will be required to email us with a request for the
discounted price.
Upon requesting the discounted sale price, your order will have to
be reentered into the system as a new order, and the processing date
will be new again, as if the order was just placed.
o Once your order ships, we will not be able to issue you a refund
for any sale items.
o Only One Rebate per purchase, per customer
o If an item is out of stock, another item of equal or
greater value will be offered, or we will give you the option of a
refund.
o We try to provide accurate information, but Motorcycle Tunes is
not responsible for errors within this site, eBay auctions, or
emails.
Motorcycle Tunes yields all responsibility of any
damage caused by or any damage that may result from the Motorcycle
Tunes audio system. When purchasing our item, you are agreeing to
release Motorcycle Tunes of all legal liabilities of all
products/advice given through website, instructions, email, or
phone. As the purchaser, you are agreeing to assume all
responsibility of the items once they have been shipped.
Motorcycle Tunes is a family operated
business, we will not tolerate any unkind emails or phone calls that
are interpreted by us to be ill-natured. This can be grounds for
order cancellation, voided warranty, denial or refund, and or
terminate any other assistance. We endeavor to operate our business
with morals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, with
or without expressed reason.
All
assembled systems are tested to be 100% working before they are
shipped. Only the components that are shipped in box, are not
tested, any item that is not working correctly may by covered under
shipping insurance or warranty. If further instructions are needed
for installation we will try to assist with email, but you may need
to take the bike and equipment to a local motorcycle dealership, or
car audio store to assist you in hooking up the system.

privacy and security. None of your credit card information is stored
or seen by anyone, including our staff.
