If you are not sure what is defective with your system, you can return the entire system, or just the items that you believe to be defective. We carry many different items, and the warranty period varies from item to item. If your not sure what the problem is with your system, you may want to either call or email us first, the problem may be fixable without sending anything back.

If the defect is determined to be a product of misuse, neglect, mistake, or modification, the repair may incur the wholesale cost of the replacement part/s and labor.
