Our chrome speakers and stereo systems are all patented.
It is an infringement of law to copy any of our designs.

When a purchase is made, you are agreeing to all terms below and within this website.

Shipping

All items are shipped via UPS, with insurance. Items in stock usually ship on, or about 3 days of payment, but since we are a manufacturing company orders can sometimes take longer to ship.  If item is going to take more than 10 business days to be shipped we will notify you for your approval.

If an item is out of stock, another item of equal or greater value will be offered, or we will give you the option of a refund.

We try to provide accurate information, but Motorcycle Tunes is not responsible for errors within this site, eBay auctions, or emails.

Motorcycle Tunes yields all responsibility of any damage caused by or any damage that may result from the Motorcycle Tunes audio system. When purchasing our item, you are agreeing to release Motorcycle Tunes of all legal liabilities of all products/advice given through website, instructions, email, or phone. As the purchaser, you are agreeing to assume all responsibility of the items once they have been shipped.

Warranty

    Warranty information is located under each item that the warranties apply to. Warranties are only honored with the discretion of Motorcycle Tunes.

All assembled systems are tested to be 100% working before they are shipped. Only the components that are shipped in box, are not tested, any item that is not working correctly may by covered under shipping insurance or warranty. If further instructions are needed for installation we will try to assist with email, but you may need to take the bike and equipment to a local motorcycle dealership, or car audio store to assist you in hooking up the system. 

Warranty/Returns/Exchanges

If any part is determined to be of defect under the guidelines of this warranty, the item/s will be repaired.  The warranty date begins the day that the item is shipped, and is only granted to the original purchaser. If your motorcycle tunes product is not functioning correctly, you can email us and request a repair. We will reply with a RA# and the defective item will need to be shipped to us. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to us, and we will pay the return shipping back to you. We reserve the option to replace the item with one that is equal or of greater quality. When the item is shipped for repair, you will also need to include payment for return shipping of the item back to you. Fee's below will be added for replacement of parts, if repair cannot be made, or if repair is a product of, of of any relation to damage to product due to product misuse, neglect, mistake, or modification, weather damage. This warranty does not cover engine noise, static. Item will only be covered with the warranty/return/exchange upon our discretion, and any believed misuse, abuse or weather damage that may have contributed to the defect will require a item replacement fee listed below.  We try very hard to make sure all our customers are satisfied, but as a family ran business we will not tolerate disrespect towards our staff and any malicious emails, phone calls, or letters will quality for immediate annulling of warranty plus removal from all future purchases and blocking of email.

If you feel that your item is defective please contact us via email MotorcycleTunes@aol.com with the problem, and we will walk you through the options and repair procedure. Returns/Repairs without a RA# will be refused. Some repairs are simple and may be completed without shipping the items back.

• If a speaker is not working, most of the time we can perform a simple repair and no other fee than return shipping will be charged.

• Chrome Speaker Housing - $20.00 each chrome housing

• Chrome Speaker Mounting Clamps Replacement (7/8 and 1" clamps only) - $6.00 each clamp
• CD Player replacement/exchange - $15.00
• Amplifier Replacement (100watt or 150watt) - $10.00
• Amp Kit Replacement - $1.00

Refunds/Returns:

Returns/Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with a product, you can email us and request a refund. Below is the price that we normally refund. Once an item is installed or included items are no longer in mint condition  , it becomes used. We cannot sell an item as new, if the item is not in mint condition. So we cannot refund the money in full if the item is not mint. The actual refund amount will be determined upon inspection of items, the amount refunded may be more or less than the below prices, depending on the condition of the item, and if any parts need to be replaced. Refund amount cannot exceed the current selling price or the amount below (which ever is lowest). If returned items are not working only a partial refund, or no refund for that product will be granted. Returns/Repairs without a RA# will be refused. Any returned items will receive the below refund. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be processed. Motorcycle Tunes reserves the full discretion to grant or deny any refund.
