Warranty

Only the below items have a Limited Lifetime Warranty:

• We will not accept ANY returns unless they are plainly marked with the RA# on the outside of the box.

• Item must be postmarked to us, within 5 business days of receiving the RA#

• Customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges, and any replacement part fee's.

• The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser, and original address.

• Any item that need to be replaced will incur the cost of item/z replacement.

• We will contact you regarding any additional fees, if there are any before we complete the repair on your order.

• If a product is believed by Motorcycle Tunes to have been installed incorrectly, abused, mishandled, packaged or shipped incorrectly by the customer, the item will NOT qualify for money back, or exchange. Motorcycle Tunes holds the rights to deny any repair or exchange if we believe the above to be true.

Motorcycle Tunes will not ship any replacement item, without first receiving the defective item back at our warehouse, unless the replacement item is purchased by clicking here.

Motorcycle Tunes Warranty ensures our products to be free from defective materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Motorcycle Tunes will resolve any defect or replace the item, at our option, so long as the item is delivered to our address, unassembled, with all shipping charges prepaid to and from our warehouse. If any part is determined to be of defect under the guidelines of this warranty, Motorcycle Tunes will repair or replace the covered item for you at a discounted price. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser, and original address. If a product is believed by Motorcycle Tunes to have been installed incorrectly, abused, mishandled, packaged or shipped incorrectly by the customer, the item will only qualify for repair/replacement at a discounted repair/replacement price. Motorcycle Tunes holds the rights to deny any repair/exchange request if we believe the above to be true.

If your not sure if it is the speakers or amplifier that is defective, then you can mail both back or everything back to us. We do not need any wires or the mounting clamps to repair the item, so you can leave them on your bike. If you are sending multiple items back, be sure to mark the defective item/s if known.

If a speaker needs to be replaced, it will be replaced in pairs, with our current speaker model. So you will need to mail the speakers back as a pair, so that if the speaker model has changed since your order, both speakers can be replaced, and will match.
